Four, Two-Hour Sessions
We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for supervisory training, now available to a cohort of individuals from different companies. This training is perfect for new managers or those who have not previously received comprehensive supervisory training.
Course Details
Over the course of four two-hour sessions, participants will gain valuable knowledge and skills in the following areas:
- Workplace Laws: An overview of essential laws, including those related to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour regulations, leaves of absence, and accommodations for employees with disabilities.
- Best Practices: Effective strategies for interviewing, hiring, performance management, discipline, and termination.
- Current Challenges: Addressing modern supervisory challenges such as employee engagement, workplace civility, retention, and mental health and well-being.
